1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cric Buddies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cric Buddies provides digital marketing services for cricket clubs including social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, sponsor promotion, and club branding. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to relevant accounts and assets, and ensuring they have the rights to any content or images provided to us for use in marketing materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Content created by Cric Buddies for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Cric Buddies retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a suspension of services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Seasonal packages are subject to the terms agreed in the service contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cric Buddies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
